1. SCOPE
These General Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on www.lifeisjewel.com by consumers within the European Union.

2. PRODUCTS
All products are authentic branded jewelry sourced from authorized European suppliers. We reserve the right to modify our catalog at any time.

3. PRICES
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are indicated at checkout.

4. ORDERS
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. LifeIsJewel reserves the right to refuse any order in case of stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

5. PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept all payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

6. DELIVERY
Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days across Europe. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition.

8. WARRANTIES
