website. Products are sourced from and fulfilled by third-party suppliers located 
in Europe and Asia.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

- We offer a wide catalog of jewelry items sourced from multiple suppliers.
- Product availability is subject to change without notice.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in color or 
  finish may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT for EU customers.
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
- Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are confirmed by email upon successful payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock 
  unavailability, or suspected fraud.
- In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice
