We act as a reseller — products are sourced from and fulfilled by third-party 
suppliers located in Europe and Asia.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
- Product availability is subject to change without notice.
- Images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations may occur.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. PRICING & TAXES
- All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT for EU customers.
- For orders shipped from outside the EU, additional import duties may apply 
  and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.

4. PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. 
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION
- Orders are confirmed by email upon successful payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock 
  unavailability, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued within 
  5 business days.

6. DELIVERY
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery times, 
split shipments, and customs information.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers have the right to 
withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without 
providing any reason. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

8. CONFORMITY OF GOODS
In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771/EU, all products must conform to the 
contract of sale. If a product is non-conforming within 2 years of delivery, 
you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, EU consumers may use the Online 
Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to your 
mandatory rights as an EU consumer.
