SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER FULFILLMENT
LifeIsJewel operates on a dropshipping model. Your orders are fulfilled and shipped 
directly by our trusted third-party suppliers. We work with 4 suppliers:
- 2 European suppliers (EU-based warehouses)
- 2 Asian suppliers (China-based warehouses)

The shipping origin depends on the product ordered.

2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- European suppliers: 3–7 business days (within EU)
- Asian suppliers: 10–25 business days (standard)
                   5–12 business days (express, where available)

Estimates may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods.

4. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, it may arrive in separate 
packages at different times. No additional shipping fees will be charged.

5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES (EU CUSTOMERS)
For products shipped from outside the EU (Asian suppliers):
- Orders under €150: may be subject to VAT at import
- Orders over €150: may be subject to customs duties and VAT

Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless 
otherwise stated at checkout.

6. TRACKING
A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped. 
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update.

7. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at 
contact@lifeisjewel.com. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
