RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers located in the European 
Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days 
of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting 
us at: contact@lifeisjewel.com

2. RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Jewelry must show no signs of wear or alteration
- Proof of purchase is required

3. EXCEPTIONS – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"

4. RETURN SHIPPING
As our products are fulfilled by multiple suppliers located in Europe and Asia, 
the return address will be communicated to you individually upon your return request.

- For orders fulfilled by our European suppliers: return shipping costs are at 
  the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For orders fulfilled by our Asian suppliers: we strongly recommend contacting 
  us before returning any item, as international return shipping costs can be 
  significant. We may offer alternative solutions (partial refund, replacement, etc.)

5. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. 
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original 
payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your 
bank or payment provider.

6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 
48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover all return costs and offer a full 
refund or replacement at no additional charge.

7. CONFORMITY OF GOODS
In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771/EU, all products sold on LifeIsJewel 
must conform to the contract of sale. If a product is found to be non-conforming 
within 2 years of delivery, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.
